In direct neighbourhood you have lots of restaurants, groceries or whatever you need. Within a footwalk of max. 10 minutes you are in the center (plaza), at the ferry, at the ocean... Both, the living and the bed room are equipped with silent (inverter technology) ACs and Smart TVs. The kitchen is provided with everything you need for cooking. Free fast optical fibre internet.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We are located in the middle of the city, it is a local and safe neighborhood where you can find local grocery stores aroud and find the main supermarket(Chedraui) is only few blocks from the apartment.The main street(Transversal Avenue) takes you to downtown and also to the other side of the island. This hidden spot in the middle of the city belongs to one of the best massage therapist known in the area.

Raices, original y colorido estudio con terraza.

This studio room has a lot of fresh air. I was living in there during 17 years and never I´d need a A/C or cooler. Even during the summer. I like contemplation, reading a good book or just mixing a drink in my own roof top terrace or sleep the siesta surrounded of green vegetation and the amazing blue maya sky. I recognized myself like an authentic Mexican... I know my ROOTS.
