This home features a large family room perfect for relaxing after a long day of surfing the Pacific Ocean. Bring your kayaks, or binoculars; Lake Earl awaits you at the end of the road, perfect for birdwatching or spending time outdoors.

The day ends differently here. The sun drops toward the Pacific, the light goes copper, then pink, then impossible shades you'll never forget. Sunset Sanctuary sits on a bluff above Preston Island. Gray whales pass during migration—you might catch spouts from the living room. Inside: wood stove, piano, vinyl records, books, games. Beach access one block away.
