'The Little Barn' (Sleeps 5)

Beautiful 16th century stone barn conversion in a gated, former farmyard, nestling near the centre of the village. We live right next door, (10 metres away)and are happy to help and assist throughout your stay. The Little Barn, is completely enclosed, in the courtyard of the Manor House of the village, and has open views across the surrounding countryside. Full of period features Our area has many interesting activities nearby, such as horse riding, cycling etc. Whole Barn as shown in photo!

One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

'The Barn' - Spacious barn in pretty canal village

Enjoy the lovely setting of this edge of village location, very close to the Grand Union Canal in the picturesque village of Braunston. Come and see what makes this part of Northamptonshire so special! Fabulous country dog walks along the canal towpath from the end of the drive. Just a short walk from several village and canalside pub restaurants. The village has a general store and post office, and an award winning butchers. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

Romantic hideaway in peaceful rural setting.

Cyclists, hikers, workers, bird watchers, artists, holiday makers, everyone welcome, but sorry, no pets. Suitable for a close couple or a single person as studio (one room) accommodation. Beautiful views over fields, off the beaten track, a quiet, restful haven to chill out, go walking, biking or drive to country pubs. Canal is approximately 20 minute walk away and the historic jurassic way in half an hour. Cyclists welcome, we have secure storage available. Spot the wildlife all around.

Pear Tree Cottage is a bright, south-facing recently renovated detached former barn located in the heart of the friendly village of Barby. Barby is a rural village just 5 minutes from Rugby, 25 minutes from Leamington Spa and with good access to the M1, M6 and A14. Pear Tree Cottage is a separate annex set across a courtyard from our family home. Both properties benefit from being setback from the road and surrounded by well-kept gardens and mature trees offering peace and privacy.

Having been a Polo Stable Yard years ago the shepherds huts sit in the upper garden area and are all self-contained with their own front doors and En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water and high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.

Mapel hut farm stay with hot tub

Step into nature and enjoy a night in Mapel hut which all the creature comforts, tucked into the wood block on our working farm. Enjoy a dip in the hot tub while watching ponies graze or toast some marshmallow while watching the stars. Mapel hut enjoys a bathroom unit with hot shower, sink and eco toilet. Please jot the toilet unit is shared with our other hut (holly) that is our private hut and not currently on Airbnb.

Crick Courtyard is the self- contained annex to a conveniently located grade II listed home in the centre of Crick village. Hidden behind gates with lots of parking, this property is spacious & could comfortably accommodate a family of four. Excellent pubs & handy shops are in very close proximity. Junction 18 of the M1 is less than a mile away giving access to all Midlands attractions.
