From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Highlands is close by and you are 40 minutes from both Queenstown and Wanaka. This is a great place to base yourself to explore Central Otago.

The Chalet is located high on Mount Iron and offers magnificent views of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains. Set in trees, it is private and peaceful, accessed by a guest lift which will carry you and your bags up the hill. Driftwood has been lovingly hand built by the owners with artisan touches. Furnished for your comfort with a luxurious King bed. On the deck there's a large 2 person sized hot bath (no jets) with views to the mountains for your relaxation .
