Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the 'Rifleman's Arms'.

We offer guests a contact free stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District.To refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we block off a day either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tableware, cutlery. Honeypot Cottage is a converted stable on a small private country estate in the Lake District's Lyth Valley, with private drive, ponds and fields, perfect for exploring the area, well located, rural and peaceful. Abundant wildlife and walks aplenty, the local pub is a short stroll away down a country lane. The unique upstairs open plan living space has a cosy log burner, dining area and compact kitchen and takes full advantage of the scenery with access to the garden via a balcony.
