Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Even though it’s off a dirt alley, there’s a covered carport. It’s an easy walk to everything wonderful Downtown Turlock has to offer. Comfy queen bed+barn door to living room, smart TV, fast wireless, bathtub room w/ original tub+chandelier+faux candles; small shower too. Backyard has a glider, table/chairs and it’s perfect for dogs.

A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home. There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.

The Studio

The Studio is a warm and inviting space, custom built as a detached structure in the backyard of a home, located on a quiet, tree lined street. It has a private gated porch and is surrounded by lush plant life. It is fully furnished and loaded with amenities...from appliances, kitchenware and condiments, to personal care items. Comfortably fits 2 adults, featuring a queen size bed with memory foam mattress & topper.

The Heart of the Valley: Smart Modern Farmhouse

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.

This brand new space is great for anyone needing a place to call home while visiting the area. Newly remodeled, the quarters feel open, fresh, and comfortable. Make yourself at home with a queen sized bed, large screen TV, and all the tools to cook meals for yourself as you please. It is tucked away from the larger surrounding cities, but still just a short drive away.

Our Happy Place

Very close to shopping and restaruants , close to Highway 99, full kitchen and has a gas barbecue grill in the back patio. Plenty of sleeping area, and has a extra roll a way bed in closet . Great for working travels , nurses, multiple groups, or anyone looking for a nice home away from home.
