This house was very cute and cozy! everything was clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed. We only hated it was raining and we couldn't enjoy the cute back yard. overall great stay.

Great place! Not directly in the water but just a short walk to the bayou at the back of the property! Great trees and serene surroundings. The cottage is very roomy, and Phil is great!

Definitely a 5 star! I will start off by saying both host were very accommodating and made sure that everything was as it should be also including communication about the weather while I was driving to the area. This house was just as described. Very clean, nice, neat, cozy and all around home feeling. I was very comfortable with my stay. Everything I needed was included at this very nice home. I also found it very accommodating for me to work from this home in the evenings. Nothing was bothersome to me at all. Neighborhood was quiet. Yes you hear the traffic but it’s on a hwy so that’s expected. Did not keep me awake or bother me. I’ll definitely be back!

Easy to find and access. Nice deck with a large yard. Shower has great presser. Was in a perfect spot just 7 minutes from where we were working and at a better price then hotels.

This large beautiful remodeled house on the Bayou was recommended by a friend who had stayed there. It was the perfect spot for all of my siblings and family to meet in Monroe for our father‘s funeral. We loved the location and even though it was chilly it was peaceful and relaxing on the water and a Special place with lots of sitting areas for people to talk and catch up. It was completely stocked with almost every necessity you could ever think of, which was a bonus! We had a couple of issues, but Judi was quick to resolve and was great at communication. I would highly recommend and I know we will be staying there again.

Chris and his family were very welcoming and responsive. Their family home makes you feel very welcome. We definitely recommend this house.

Amazing place to just go and relax. Enjoyed being able to walk to the river and the peace and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I used their cute cottage as a half way point in moving and it was perfect!! Felt safe with the U-Haul and car full of stuff. The place was to ourselves and exactly as described. Will definitely be staying again when we drive back home for holidays!
