Vicky and Mike couldn’t have been better hosts! The house was spacious, clean and quiet! Close to everything! The hosts were quick to respond to every question we had and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood beach was about two blocks away and has a great little food spot right on the beach!! Try Pizzería Estela!! Eat their food, drink their drink and listen to their music all while watching the sunset! The house was more than enough space for our family of four. Bathrooms were clean and the outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach! Rincon was awesome and we’d definitely stay at La Casa Sunshine again!!

Words can not express how much we enjoyed our stay at Luis’s beach house. While the indoor seating and sleeping arrangements may be a little small, it was perfect for our tight-knit family and we didn’t come to this gorgeous island to sit inside anyway! The covered seating/dining area overlooking the back deck and the sea was the best place on earth to sit and relax. The location directly on the beach could not have been better; we loved walking on the basically empty beach and exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a lot of our own meals so we could keep enjoying the home and the beach, but also make sure to try some great local restaurants. We definitely hope to be back!

For our first visit to Rincón, the gorgeous ocean views from our semi private balcony and the pool, made this stay a memorable trip! It was also only a less than 10 minute drive to town, to check out the restaurants and shops. The apartment had plentiful amenities, including beach gear which was super helpful as we spent most of our days traveling to beaches and experiencing that natural surroundings. Unfortunately during our stay there was island-wide blackout for several days and the hotel does not have backup generators. However, the hosts were communicative with updates from the power company and even provided us with some helpful supplies to manage. But be sure to bring portable chargers and rechargeable or solar powered fans, as this will be an issue anywhere that doesn’t have generators on the island and you should be prepared. All in all a solid stay, and we will definitely return!

Our family has been traveling to Rincon for years and this was by far the best spot yet! The pictures can’t quite capture how unbelievably beautiful this home is. We have young kids and Lala Beach is our favorite. This home is essentially Lala Beach and being able to set-up for the day just steps away was such a huge energy saver and made each day that much more relaxing. The beach is calm and it felt super private - some of the best swimming on the island! And the beds were SO comfortable, yes! The house, including the kitchen, are fully stocked and we had everything we needed for fun in the sun. There was an island-wide power outage but since this house is solar powered we barely noticed and continued to have a great trip. Our host, Janet, was kind, responsive and accommodating. We truly couldn’t have had a better experience and can’t wait to return!

We loved Arlene's place for the good beds, and the large kitchen as well as the convenient location. Yes, its got a few issues that we needed to deal with such as the surprise of not being able to flush the toilet paper and the fact that there is not hot water on the sink area, but that a cultural difference that I can be easily overlooked with so many other pluses! She was so responsive and provided missing kitchen items immediately when asked. I love the flow of the house and go great sleep there. The roosters and the barking dogs are a given here. Yes, do stay here! It is great!

It exceeded my expectations, I went to celebrate my anniversary in private, so it was. A quiet place, the beautiful night looks different stars and the sunrises are very quiet. If I came back to Rincon, I would choose it again. Thank you very much to Rinconcito Rental Experience

This little cabin is cute and cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all the needed amenities. The beach towels and beach chairs were a definite convenience. And the short walk to the beach was very nice with beautiful sunsets! We loved having coffee and breakfast at the local Eileens Bakery (SO GOOD). We enjoyed our stay!!

Third time staying, we just love this place.

Beautiful apartment with soft fluffy beach and bath towels. Condo area and residents were pleasant and pool was a nice size and clean. Area is mostly walkable to many restaurants, grocery, and downtown Rincón -if you like to walk. Some streets did not have a sidewalk which made night walks a challenge but it was manageable in 30 minutes. Hosts are very responsive!

A model of a host, very responsive, and a very nice Airbnb in general. Nice people, excellent recommendations, area to relax and parking. The room is very well accommodated and elegant. Reading area and cozy. All in all a 5+ star experience.

Location was great, we were able to swim/snorkel right out the door! They were very responsive and when the key broke in a gate lock they responded immediately and had another key for us and we didn't miss a great of vacation. Well stocked kitchen. We would definitely do another family stay there!

It was our preferred place to stay every year. That's all you expect from a peaceful getaway and more. Amazing bird diversity, breathable tranquility day and night. Everything excellent, clean and perfect communication. This last time we stayed for blackout day all over the island, and Carolina and Fabián kept us in communication and went out of their way to meet our expectations and more. Our dogs always love to come back like us <3 All the green you need in your life you will find in Casa Agave. Don't think about it.

It was amazing. Hosts were so attentive, so willing to assist whenever needed. Even though there was a power outage, we never felt it. Place is so peaceful and quiet. Definitely would stay again.

Our stay at Manuel’s property was truly wonderful. The home is absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Communication with Manuel was excellent from the start; he was responsive, kind, and made sure we had all the information we needed throughout our stay. We especially loved the private pool—it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. The shower was also a highlight—large and spa-like, adding to the luxury feel of the home. We felt completely at ease and well taken care of during our visit. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable escape. We hope to return again soon!

Loved the place. Went on a little getaway for my son’s 4th birthday and we had a blast! The flora and fauna were spectacular.

Everything was as expected. Great views and even though is in the mountains it is very close to the beaches and good restaurants of Rincon. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was short, but we loved this Airbnb. It was about 12 minutes from town or any beach that we wanted to go to in the Rincon area. The best part was that it was extremely clean and the air conditioning worked great so after a long day at the beach, it was like a beautiful oasis to escape to. Next time we stay in Aguada we will definitely look into staying here again!
