Stylish and Practical, Fast Trains to Central London

Studio 10, fabulous fusion of Victorian splendor and state of the art living. Fully self-contained and spacious studio apartment with no shared spaces. From Nov 1st 2022 featuring air conditioning to maintain the temperature you chose. Fully equipped kitchen with combination oven, spacious power shower and our on site laundry at the rear of the building are other features of note as well as first class transport lings directly into central London. A delightful self-contained studio apartment in a period residence. This newly refurbished apartment has been completely remodelled but manages to retain all of its period features and charm. High ceilings and generous Victorian windows combined with concessions for modern living which make any length of stay a pleasure. As an added feature this apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable single bed, ideal for couples or persons travelling with a child or for friends who just enjoy their own space. As with our other apartments great care has gone into choosing the interior fittings and we have made a special effort to ensure that everything you will need for you stay, from bedding to pots and pans to hairdryers and ironing board….are provided for your use. This residence features a communal laundry room, with washing machines and tumble dryers, which although not free are heavily subsidized and you can wash a load from just £2. As you can see in the photos there is a comfortable sofa and the additional convenience of a table and chairs for dining. The flat screen TV is 49'' HD 4K and the picture quality is excellent, it's mounted on a special bracket so as you can see it from where ever you are in the room. Free WiFi is included and the code is made available in the guests welcome book which you can find in the apartment, together with a host of other information which we consider you may find useful. As a general rule I prefer stays of four days or longer but shorter periods are maybe available so please ask if in doubt. All locks are electronic and will open from the key fob supplied to you so you don't have to carry awkward keys. The manager of the property is located nearby and is always available for advice or information. Nearby Croydon Town Center has an abundance of restaurants, bars, and the new dining and entertainment concept, BOXPARK. The studio is also centrally located in London and a short walking distance from several major public transportation lines. There is a bus route directly outside the property and East Croydon Station is just a 12 minute walk away. It is a major transport hub for trains buses and trams. East Croydon Station is your gateway to London and the South East, use your Oyster or Travel card for convenient, frequent and speedy travel Directly into Central London. London Victoria in 16 mins and London Bridge in 20 mins. Once in Central London you can access all of London's transport network, Underground, trains, trams and buses and see all that the one of the worlds leading cities has to offer. Direct non stop and frequent 24 hour service to London Gatwick Airport normally in just 14 mins makes travelling to the airport a breeze. The excellent tram system serving Croydon can also take you directly to Wimbledon, home of the famous tennis tournament. It takes just 30 minutes and costs around £4 East Croydon station is situated in zone 5 Both Iain and I are very keen travelers and have experienced all sorts of levels of accommodation in other countries, with that in mind our goal here is to try and provide quality, self contained accommodation with a high level of privacy and independence. During your stay this elegant 1st floor flat on Gispy Hill will be entirely yours. Gipsy Hill station (Zone 3) has regular services to central London and surrounding areas and is a moments walk away. Self Contained EnSuite Double Room Free Parking

The property is an annexe to our house and has it's own separate entrance. Our house is situated next to a park and the side window from the bedroom overlooks the park. We have our own private driveway of 100 metres long from the street and off street parking is available. Very quiet green and leafy area and the house is well hidden away. Transport links are very good from our local station Tulse Hill about 7 minutes walk away.15 minutes to London Bridge or take a bus to Brixton underground.

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Lovely peaceful house with garden in heart of Crystal Palace- the best neighbourhood in London (voted by the Times 2022). Crystal Palace is a friendly area with a buzzy village atmosphere with lots of independent coffee shops, bars and restaurants all only a minute from the house. self contained entire space garden studio

This studio is completely self contained within a secure garden of the host's house of residence. It has all you need for a relaxing visit. There is a double bed in the property and if 3 guests are staying we put in an extra single fold out bed. If you are two guests who do not want to share the double bed please let us know - FYI there is an extra charge for the single bed per night. There are excellent transport links into London.
