the hostel is very cozy, good location on the beach and walking 10 minutes from places where you can find bars and restaurants, the room is very clean and has air conditioning and has its own light generator that is a plus since in massanzas there are usually power outages. guests always friendly and attentive.

Nice place for in matanzas

Juan Carlos and Arelys are the perfect hosts and a beautiful couple! They are treating you as family and they are very helpful with any needs you may have. She is a perfect cooker too! He has a car and can drive you in different places at discount fares. The house is located in the small town of Playa Santa Lucia, in a very calm barrio and just few meters from the beach! (Not the best beach ever but the water is wow as well) The hotel area is reachable or in 40 min walking or by car, in 5 min. The rooms are very big, clean and lovely! They have air con and the house has the WiFi as well :) But the most important and the best thing are the owners.. I truly recommend to stay here! You won’t be disappointed for sure :) and they speak a bit of English too :)

The place is beautiful by the river Toa where you can swim. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Only small problem is the mattresses were really uncomfortable

Marcos is a wonderful host, very warm and helpful. He was always available and responsive for anything we needed. we had our civil wedding in the garden area, which was perfect for our small ceremony. The house and garden are beautiful and well taken care of. Marcos and his team can prepare dinners for events, weddings, etc. The dinner his chef prepared for our wedding was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The staff, especially Dany the waiter, was very friendly and always there for any of our needs. We felt comfortable and well taken care of, the property is safe and you can trust your belongings there. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable for our stay. We recommend his place and would come back.

Alejandro’s brother Hector and his wife Ariana were the best hosts in all the Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed. They Went way over the top to make sure our trip to Cuba was the most enjoyable. Everything from taking the time to show us the surrounding shops and restaurants in the neighborhood to organizing taxis for us every day. Very responsive and attentive. Couldn’t be happier. We left feeling like we were part of their family. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here. You will love it. We hope to be back. Thank you

Mady and her family were amazing, they treated us like we were their closest friends. Her kindness and openness, as good Cubans, was wonderful. I actually enjoyed my stay at Mady's house and felt like in the neighborhood, enjoying with friends and people very close. Siemore responded with good disposition, with good directions and even offered us a complimentary coffee when we left the place. Excellent atmosphere and great people!

Guanabo is truly Cuban, a great experience for the explorer. This is where farm produce is sold on street corners and horse drawn carts are a legitimate means of transportation. Where you least expect it, a private restaurant serves a delicious meal. Yognis provides a nice 2 bed 2 bath house with kitchen and living room, and a beautiful garden retreat.

From the moment I arrived I was warmly welcomed by the family. Great kindness and friendlyness. Lots of shops and places to eat near by. The room was clean and. well equipped. But the best thing about this place is Randy's parents. what gracious and loving people. They made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place. Will be coming back.
