Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like a fuller supply of breakfast items at a small extra charge, please ask.

Centrally located (10 minute walk to The Parade) yet in a quiet residential area, this is the perfect bolt hole for a peaceful stay in Leamington Spa. Fully self contained with its own private courtyard garden allowing you to dine ‘al fresco’ if the weather allows. Leamington Spa is a vibrant town with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars.
