Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation, isolated from noise, meters from Los Chorrillos stream with an impressive sunset and distant from neighboring houses but 5 minutes from the tourist and theatrical center of the villa, passing by the famous Cucú clock, the Uruguay bridge and the casino. Our house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms (one en-suite), a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a balcony overlooking the Los Gigantes mountains, a wood-burning fireplace and heaters, a swimming pool, air conditioning, and fans.

Inside, it has all the facilities to comfortably accommodate 7 people (wifi - TV - washing machine), Not suitable for parties or bachelor parties, only personal or family use.

Living room with 55-inch TV home theater, the kitchen is remodeled, spacious and complete with freezer, microwave, toaster, as well as the bathroom which has a shower and bathtub (it does not have a plug because it is at risk of flooding)
