A 1,700 sq. ft. Starlink connected 3 bedroom hillside house with breathtaking views, a spacious deck overlooking the sea, town and islands beyond. It's perfect for couples and families with a full kitchen. The downstairs third bedroom with bath is only available for 5 - 6 guests. Only a 10 minute drive to Flamenco Beach and a short walk to restaurants, bars and the ferry. Playa Melones, is within walking distance. The house is attractively furnished and equipped, as it’s also my vacation home.

The 1 bedroom villa, shown here, is 825 sq ft with a large master bedroom (king bed), a living room, large designer bathroom, a modern kitchen, wide covered balcony, expansive sun terrace and free access to the full laundry for stays 6 nights or longer. The villa has TV, outdoor gas grill, wifi, indoor & outdoor showers, beach chairs, backpacks and coolers.

Also a 15 minute walk to the Ferry dock, stores and restaurants in town.

Beautiful Views and Fresh Trade Wind Breezes. Villa Bahia Vista is a 2 bedroom 2 bath house located in a local neighborhood close to town. The villa is situated on a hill with fantastic views of the bay, facing east towards the trade winds which keep the house cool and fresh. Host Jaime also has a new listing "Rising Sun" on Airbnb that sleeps 8 and is very spacious.
