Smith Cabin

Our property is 1/2 mile from Pratt. It consists of two acres with the Ninnescah River running through the North end of the property. We also have a shelter for hunting dogs. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the country location, and the amenities. Our place is good for couples, families, hunters, horse owners, business travelers, and groups. After our base fee of two guests, we charge $50 per night for extra guests 18 and over. This allows us to accommodate all sized groups.

Art Barn in the Country/Working Metal Art Studio

Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

Surrounded by wooded scenery and undisturbed prairie outside Greensburg, Prairie Pines caters to those seeking serenity. The barn-style cabin, with a studio sleeping area downstairs and bunk beds upstairs, sets the tone for a farm stay. Tasks here are optional: wandering the grounds to encounter an alpaca and miniature donkeys; grilling on the patio; watching the sunset, or warming up in front of the potbelly stove. Welcome to our quiet, relaxing, cozy home sitting on Cottonwood Lake in Sterling, KS. We celebrate holidays and enjoy our summers in this home and wish to share it with you. It’s fully heated and cooled and is a great escape, especially if you enjoy being near the water. We enjoy breathtaking views from the covered deck next to the water. You may also enjoy many amenities which contain going for walks, sitting by the fire ring, or fishing off the dock!

Trails Inn

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This house features 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has central heat and air for the everchanging Kansas weather! You are withing walking distance to multiple restaurants and just off the main highway through town making a simple drive to the main hotspots and industry in the area. Right now the yard is not much of a looker but will be improved this spring!

The Loft is a cozy & modern house perfect for your stay! This house is located 6 blocks west of downtown Pratt, and 2 blocks from Pratt High School and Blythe Family Fitness center. The loft comes with a large pellet grill available for guests to use, as well as a full kitchen, a coffee pot and Keurig combo, 3 TVs, and fast internet. Guests that stay will be provided with a keypad entry code.
