Central location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies. You can walk out without problems. The place is safe and the environment well cared for, it remains in a very nice residential sector. It can also be reached by walking to Plaza San Francisco, where there are bars. Recommended this Depto es Curicó!

A really comfortable house! It has 2 rooms: one with 2 single beds and the other room with 1 double bed + 1 single. Two bathrooms. We were on a "heat wave" of 37-38 degrees Celsius, BUT the house is super cool and also has air conditioning. There are also trees in the surroundings, which make it very nice to be outside. If you go in the winter, it has 2 woods. Great pool! I would only improve a couple of sheets, and try (I imagine how difficult) to take out the spider webs OUTSIDE (it's a cottage). If they put terrace furniture under the eaves of the house it would be wonderful!! There are many dogs - for us it was not a problem, they were very friendly. I only leave it in consideration in case another guest is afraid of them.

We had a very pleasant stay, although Carlos was short and his lady were always very attentive to what we needed. The clean, comfortable and quiet place (with a wonderful fig tree!) and very close to the event center that made it very convenient.

The location is perfect: in a quiet area, ideal for resting and enjoying with the family. We were close to Curicó, which allowed us to easily access supermarkets and go out to eat. During the day we took wonderful walks in the mountain range, especially in the Cypress area, which made our stay even more special. In addition, César was an excellent host: always attentive, he responded very quickly and helped us solve all our doubts. We would definitely return. Highly recommended!
