This one bedroom compact garden unit is situated beneath our family home. It’s only a 10 minute level walk to the beach or 15-20 minutes to the centre of Manly. Unlimited street parking is usually available, although more difficult in the winter soccer season with sports field across the road. The unit is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with one queen and one single bed, a living area with kitchen. Enjoy your own private outdoor area in a beautifully landscaped garden and lawn.

50 metres to beach, great seaside getaway!

If you're after a holiday by the beach, the location of Blue Sea Beach Cottage is second to none. There are just 2 houses between this property and one of the best surfing beaches in Sydney. The doggie park is literally across the road, your dog will love it!! The front grassed courtyard area is fully enclosed and gated from the street. Stay for a few months or a few nights, you'll fall in love with this great area and layback lifestyle! (We also do stays of just a few nights, just enquire).

Private 1 bedroom ground floor modern apartment in a beachside area. Monday and Thursday mornings between 7am and 9am the gym area will be used by us and a few friends. A quiet garden studio located in the backyard of our house although not attached, mostly suited to a couple or single person. We are powered 100% by renewable energy with solar panels and a Tesla PowerWall. The pool on the property is available for use. Both the pool & studio have private access along a pathway to the side of our house. It is situated within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and Dee why or North Curl Curl beach.
