Residential house: Large living area, clay oven, sauna, dining table, kitchen island, as well as a terrace and garden. The place is reminiscent of the Baltic Sea as we know it from the past on Usedom: tall beech forest, few people, no cars near the beach – and the Baltic Sea without a promenade or spectacle.

A 100-year-old house and a large 7,000 m2 plot with access to the forest are at your disposal. The house consists of 6 rooms (18 beds), a kitchen, 5 bathrooms with showers and a 35m2 fireplace room. We offer a relaxing hot tub in a tub (known as a 'bania'), a wood-fired sauna and a graduation tower. SERVICES ARE CHARGED EXTRA. There are also several bikes available. The property is located within a Natura 2000 area, and an 8 km cycle path leads to the sandy beach on the Szczecin Lagoon.
