Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The S-Bahn connection can be reached in 8 minutes by bus. In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. Bright quiet apartment, 20 minutes to the city center

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house with garden in the northern district of Am Hart. It offers a quiet relaxing stay as well as the possibility to get to the city center with its many sights in a short time. The Am Hart U-Bahn [subway] station is just 5 minutes away. By U-Bahn, you can reach Marienplatz and the main train station as well as the Olympic Park or the English Garden in 15 minutes. You can get to the airport in 45 minutes by U2 and S-Bahn S1.

Cozy apartment in Dachau

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

This attic apartment is a dream come true for all early birds. If you love to be woken up by a five-year-old morning grouch with screams, this is the place for you. If you're not quite sure if you want to start a family, by 6 AM you'll be a little closer to making that decision. Cozy apartment,

Hi :) Our apartment is situated on the second floor of our family’s house in Dachau. It has 2 rooms, one bedroom and one living room with a kitchen area as well as a bathroom. Everything is renovated. There is everything you need close by, supermarket (5min walk), bus (2 minute walk), Dachau old town (15 min walk). The train takes you in 20 minutes to the Munich central station and in 18 minutes to the Oktoberfest :)

Apartment near the center

Welcome to my cozy and quiet 1.5 room apartment . The sunny balcony invites you to relax. From the apartment there is a good connection to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. (S-Bahn) and in about 15 minutes to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) by tram 19. Parking is free in front of the door. Within walking distance is a shopping mall, Westpark, for a walk, Bakeries, supermarkets, drugstores and small restaurants.
