Holiday rentals with a patio in Dal Lake

The place is cozy and well-maintained, making it a great option for a stay with friends or family. Though the food options were limited, everything we ordered was delicious, and the staff was respectful and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and equipped with heaters, hot water, and electric bed warmers, which made the stay comfortable. However, there were frequent power cuts that occasionally affected access to hot water. Also, keep in mind that the property is located about 30 minutes outside of Srinagar, not within the city itself.

We were a party of 12 returning from a trek and Khalid's place was the best choice for all of us. We felt right at home throughout the stay. Khalid had called me right after booking the property and informed about dinner and breakfast availability. I am glad he called because after an exhausting week, we were treated with great food and beautiful property. Our friends have bookmarked this property to share with their friends. I am grateful to Khalid's staff to have made us feel at home.

It was an excellent experience. Mr. Vidur Wazir has a beautiful heritage property infused with family collectibles and stories dating back to generations. He himself was very friendly and knowledgeable.. the property is centrally located with clean facilities and excellent food. The helpers were also very nice and attended to every need. The place and the host exudes elegance and we highly recommend the place to get a flavour of authentic kashmir

We stayed for one night, basically the last day of our week long Kashmir trip. The place is not very far from Lal Chowk. The appartment has a lovely well maintained garedn and lawn in front to relax and enjoy some time in the sunshine. Only issue we had was in the evening, following some very heavy rainfal, the water in the taps suddenly started giving a very foul smell. But thanks to the host, they immediately gave us a small pump for the RO water jar so that we would take water out of it easily and use for brushing etc. But yes bathing etc was a bit of an issue. The caretakers are also very helpful and always ready to help.

The stay was amazing. Dr. Shakeel is a super host indeed. The place is quaint and near to airport. Travelling to various locations was very easy and effortless. The house manager was extremely helpful and always proactively checked on us every day. The property is big, well equipped and cozy. Super market and all amenities were a min away. Great place to stay with family and friends. Very safe as there is a guard at the main property gate at night. Loved the stay 100% recommend

We went there knowing it would be a good, as one of our friend had stayed there and recommended. But to be truthful it was a great experience staying there. Not only Omer, but also his property manager Mushtaq were both very helpful, very prompt to reply and really took very good care. The place is very secure. It was always a joyful sight every morning to watch the sunlight peaks right out of the bedside window. The appartment by itself had everything and more one would want. And if not then be sure they would get it for you. We did have some little issues with the wifi, but Omer was very quick to sort it out in no time. Grocery shops, pharmacies etc are just a walking distance away. Dal Lake is only about a kilometer. Tulip garden, Mughal Garden etc are also quite nearby. Its bit pricey. But then let me tell you, you wont regret it. They are that good.
