There is also a children's ski slope with a lift right next to it. Høydalsmo is very centrally located in western Telemark! With Dalen, Åmot, Rauland and Seljord in close proximity.

Welcome to a small and cozy house perfect for two who want peace, nature and comfort, or a digital nomad who wants to combine work with outdoor life. Here you can enjoy the silence, go for walks without queues, light the fireplace and really relax. The area offers great experiences all year round, whether you want to be active outdoors or just enjoy quiet days indoors. The house is located right by National Road 38, and it is 1 km to Vrådal town centre, where you will find shops and a café. It is 3 km to Vrådal Panorama ski centre and 6 km to Vrådal Golf.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, firewood and washing up. Newly renovated ground floor apartment in a house on a farm. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the apartment on the top floor on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita hytte i solfylt gårdstun") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great views of Totak and the mountains. 5 min drive to the city center with shops and groomed cross-country ski trails. 10 min to ski resorts. Good WIFI. Great hiking opportunities in summer. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

The cabin enjoys a unique location with panoramic views of the mountains and water, which can be appreciated from the terrace or through the large windows inside. Start your day with coffee in the sun and end the evening in peace and quiet as the sun sets behind the mountains. This is the place to unwind from everyday life – whether you want to go hiking in the mountains, ski, or simply enjoy cottage living.

Modern cabin from 2021 with floor-to-ceiling windows that open the cabin to a spectacular view of mountains and valleys. In the summer, the sheep graze around the cabin and if you are lucky, a hare will come hopping. In winter, there is ski in/out. The cabin has both a heat pump and a fireplace that provides good heat and cosiness. The spacious attic with TV, Lego and games is perfect for the children. The cabin is perfect for two families. If you are only adults, a maximum of 8 people is recommended.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

The area offers hiking trails, summit hikes, cycling, fishing and skiing, with about a 30-minute drive to Gautefall with alpine skiing and cross-country trails.

Roller ski track of 1 km and ski tracks of 2,3,5,10 and 25 km just below the house. Joker, gas station and cafeteria with pub within walking distance. The place is located about 20-30 min from Dalen, Lårdal, Åmot, Rauland and Seljord.
