Unique accommodation offering plenty of privacy and wellness facilities. This unique B&B is made up of two separate carriages. On the terrace, you will find the wood-fired hot tub, which offers plenty of privacy. There is a sauna (wood-fired) on the premises. Next to the terrace is a private fire pit. The 2,500-m² site comprises just two accommodation units. Two kilometres further on is the village of Nieuwleusen, which has a bakery, a supermarket and a few eateries. The Hanseatic city of Zwolle is 10 km away. Cycling in the Staphorsterbos, which features a natural swimming pond, is highly recommended.

Welcome to our holiday home in Dalfsen! In this peaceful place between the meadows and forests you can really relax. Enjoy the unobstructed view and spot hares or even deer! We lovingly renovated the cottage in 2025. Guests love the interior, the luxurious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is a garden all around and the forest is a minute's walk away. The nature reserves at the Vecht, Lemelerberg and the Rechterense Veld are also just around the corner. And Zwolle and Giethoorn are fun trips!

(Tiny) house in the barn by the horse stables

The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partially built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is half an hour away.

Sauna in the woods 'Metsä'

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Hessum cottage is located among the trees, here you will find peace and quiet! Just relax; a nice sofa, wood stove, floor heating, your own music via the wireless speaker, smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, nice (extra long) bed and rain shower are available! The cottage is located on 4000 m2 of forest; wonderful space for yourself, enjoy the birds, the silence or a fire in the fire bowl. In the area you can fully enjoy hiking and cycling, but Zwolle, Dalfsen and Ommen are also worth a visit!

Fairytale log cabin

Would you like to get away from it all and enjoy the outdoors? Then this log cabin, located in the village of Laag Zuthem, is something for you. This farming village is located near Zwolle and right next to the estate "Den Alerdinck." From the log cabin, you can walk or bike to the freely accessible forests of this estate. The log cabin itself is made entirely of recycled materials. It has its own entrance, parking space and private garden where you can enjoy the birds, rabbits and squirrel.

Plezier met het hele gezin in deze stijlvolle vakantiewoning. Midden in het bos staat ons heerlijke, gezellige familiehuis. Van alle gemakken voorzien, met 3 ruime slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden, keuken met kookeiland, sfeervolle woonkamer met TV / Wii, houtkachel en hele ruime tuin. Met bbq, vuurkorf en gezellige vuurplaats om fikkie te steken. Op het park zelf is een zwembad, speeltuin en een tennisbaan. Let op dit park is een stilte park. Na 22:00 geen geluid meer!

Behind our renovated farm is a lovely, secluded vacation home surrounded by meadows, between Nieuwleusen and Balkbrug. The cottage is equipped with every comfort, and the garden offers a lot of privacy. Nearby there are plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities, such as the Reestdal, the Ommerschans, the Lemelerberg and the Staphorsterbos. Zwolle with its beautiful city center and museum de Fundatie are easily accessible with 20 minutes by car. The cottage sleeps 4.
