It's within a beautiful gated development (with parking), originally a factory from the 1800s. The flat has been carefully styled to keep the industrial vibe. Great for couples or solo's and couple + a single if using the couch (which is super comfy and has taken many prisoners). It's a smart home, with lots of gadgets, perfect for chilling, watching and listening.

Four bedroom modern and chic apartment

Our apartment is part of the striking Queensbridge Quarter, a modern development in Dalston/London Fields. It is our family home which we are happy to vacate for guests. It is very comfortable, light, modern and quiet with direct access to private patio'd garden with table tennis, BBQ and firepit. The apartment is best suited to family groups. There is bed space for a total of 8 people however please note that I am reluctant to host groups of 8 adults - but happy to negotiate!

Top floor flat in a beautiful Victorian mansion block, amidst the trendy restaurants & bars of Dalston. Tucked away on a side street, full of natural light and plants this is a great base to explore from AND place to retreat and relax in!! The lounge transforms into a comfortable second bedroom with a double (deep, futon mattress) bed. Or pull down the black out blinds and charge up the projector to make an epic cinema room! 1 or 4 people, its a fab!
