The cottage has a garden sauna for 4 people, an electric stove, oils, hats The 50 sq meters house has a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed downstairs. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Upstairs there is a spacious mezzanine with sleeping arrangement for 2 people.

Nearby there are several lakes connected by the Zbrzyca River, where kayaking takes place. The waters are rich in fish and forests in mushrooms. Guests have access to parking on the property, Wi-Fi, bicycles, marina, boats, kayak. I have been visiting this area for 25 years, I love it for its silence, clean air and beautiful landscapes.

On a fenced-in, almost hectare area, there is a fire pit, barbecue grill, soccer field, volleyball and badminton, a sandbox playground, a bicycle room, an outdoor dining gazebo, and a separate building with a bathroom for shared feasts.
