Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dauin

We kept extending our stay here because of how comfortable we felt in this house. Ate Mhy , the caretaker, is very friendly and kind. I love everything about this stay. My doctor does a home visit and does everything conveniently for me. Glad this house isn’t hard to locate. Really a great AirBnB find!

Die Beschreibung stimmt vollkommen - es ist eine Luxusunterkunft. Es ist empfehlenswert ein Auto zu mieten um Ausflüge machen zu können. Für uns war es eine großartige Entspannung. Maricar ist immer erreichbar und reagiert umgehend.

Had a great stay here! I got a little sick and could extend one night fortunately. Sharon is an amazing host and human being 💖 she makes you feel at home, as she is very good at that. Bed was super super comfy and AC worked hella good. 10/10 would stay here again!

Everything was great. I just hope they already have Drinking Water Container available especially Dumaguete has a humid climate so when you arrived you do hope you have Water to Drink.

The host was absolutely lovely 🥰 I’ve felt very welcome. I’ve stayed for a month. Place was clean and cosy. Fast internet with no issues. Very peaceful location, a bit out of centre but tricycles were easy enough to catch. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay in crowded, busy hotels.

A wonderful place to stay it was clean and quiet, and it had the most comfortable bed

This apartment building is arguably the best in Dumaguete. It features a nice pool, a decent gym, good security, and conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants/bars. The host, Mike, is responsive and responsible. The unit itself is on a high floor, offering a mountain view and lush greenery below. It faces west. There’s a large smart TV with YouTube and other apps. I only cooked breakfast during my stay, but the kitchen was well-equipped with enough pots/glasses/coffee machine etc for two people. The apartment is close to the sea and surrounded by excellent dining options. My favorite restaurant was Bahia; Hayahay is a cheaper option to relax with a meal/drinks by the water. The unit is tucked away from the main road, so it’s generally quiet. Cons: No washing machine but laundry is close and cheap. There is a small mart across but the supermarket is 5 minutes away with tricycles (20 pesos only). You have to register guests for any unit in this building.

Das war bisher unsere beste Unterkunft auf den Philippinen! Der Pool ist wunderschön und sauber – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir unser Boot und unseren Flug umgebucht haben, um noch ein paar Tage länger zu bleiben. Alle, die dort arbeiten, sind extrem freundlich, besonders May May, die immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen hatte – der Service war einfach top! Das Gelände ist sehr gepflegt, mit schönen Pflanzen, bequemen Liegestühlen und Hängematten – eine kleine Oase. Die Wohnung selbst hatte alles, was wir brauchten: ein bequemes Bett, eine leise Klimaanlage, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und sogar eine Waschmaschine, was super praktisch war. Auch der empfohlene Scooterverleih war super zuverlässig. Und ein weiteres Highlight: Apo Island ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt – perfekt für einen Tagesausflug! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diesen wunderschönen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen!

It's the second time I've stayed in Jo's place and I felt appreciated and if I had any problems on where she was she let me check in early because my flight was early you know I couldn't be more pleased with the way you treated me

Very nice place to stay at. Plenty of places to eat and enjoy during your stay. The boulevard was about a 20 minute walk. The main office personnel were very friendly the whole time I was there. The place itself is very large and I had everything I needed to cook in the kitchen. I will be returning in the future.

Учтите, если закончится питьевая вода, предоставленная при въезде, её нужно будет самостоятельно покупать. Возможно, кому-то тяжело будет подниматься на третий этаж, при подъеме будьте осторожны. Ближайшие магазины центра города в 15 мин. ходьбы, но всегда можно вызвать такси. Хозяин всегда идет на контакт гостям
