Absolutely recommendable! The house is inside a private urbanization and the security measures when entering the compound are demanding. Which gives you tranquility and feeling that you are in a very protected environment, which is appreciated in Guayaquil. The house has all the amenities it offers and can be a fantastic option for people who go with family. Boys have back patio to play, they can go out and explore, there is a pool and a PS! What more could you ask for! Jaime, on the other hand, was always attentive to our needs, responds in a timely manner and is very patient. I would definitely stay here again with today security!

I loved the house just as pictured. Priscila is an amazing host, super friendly and always available to answer my questions. The area is very safe and there are lots of places nearby to visit. I would definitely stay again and recommend it without thinking about it.”

I really liked it. My family and I felt right at home. Thanks for all the hospitality. We hope to return soon. We really liked the comfort of the home and the super quiet development, and the security methods such as cameras and sensors gave us security. The stay at David's property was very good, very comfortable, the residential complex is very quiet, very safe, perfect to rest, it is a few minutes from shopping malls and the place where we were going to be, everything was perfect!!!!

A truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The owner was always attentive, making sure that our stay was the best possible; her kindness and dedication are worthy of admiration. The place itself is wonderful, with an unbeatable location that makes it easy to enjoy everything around. Great for families.
