Glad to find this place which is just at the centre of the city. My sister, who already relocated to Davao with her family, specifically requested to find a place near the station she's assigned, and this was just the perfect place. It's accessible and worth what you pay for. Maam Daisy was very responsive and accommodating. She even prioritized me to book this first because there were other enquiries as well. Her place is clean and organized. It's peaceful and looks like wala pa masyadong naka occupy coz parang bago pa lang so it was a plus kasi di crowded. Overall, our stay was great and our visit to Davao was fun and enjoyable.

Our stay was very nice. The apartment is great, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. The apartmernt is very big. The bedroom is nice. Big terasse with a grill. The internet and Netflix is very fast. 10 minutes ride on the Tricycle going to the market and taxi station. A taxi picked us up and that`s worked out very well. The swimming pool is great and very clear. The host is very friendly and they turn on the light on the pool for us in the night. Thanks to the host - we will come back again. This is the perfect place for you to stay. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks for everything!

We had a great stay, the mall is just beside the place so that was nice and really convenient. The place was very clean, and they had appliances which some places didnt have (eg. toaster, microwave) Although the mall had a construction nearby the noise wasnt that bad. Ms Criselda and Ms Dina was very accomodating and helpful too, we will book next time for sure!

We had a very comfortable stay. Unit was clean and spacious. It has a good location and just a few minutes away from parks, food establishments and department stores. It is a walking distance to PUJs as well whether you want to go north or south. :) Owners were very accommodating and responsive to my queries. I'd love to stay here again (kids approved too! ^_^) the next time we visit Davao.

My first time to use AirBnb and tried Verdon Parc. Im kinda nervous since the price listed here was lesser knowing it was in the 22nd floor than any other hosts I chatted with. The host is very friendly, kind and proactive with all my queries despite midnight. I expected 1BR as listed but were shocked it was 2 and the place is spacious specially the balcony was a highlight and very clean. Also, we will recommend this to all my friends who already saw my posts in the socmed. Surely, we’ll come back here. ❤️

My partner stay there for 5 days and it is the first time she did not have trouble sleeping far from home. Also according to her, the place is clean and complete with the amenities listed on the page. I think she had a wonderful stay there. A cosy house on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes, and there are shops and eateries along the way. The locals are very pleasant and we met some lovely people. The facilities at the house are more than adequate and it was nothing short of luxurious for my girlfriend and I to have each our own bathroom to use. *bonus* Free Netflix and lots of edible/drinkable goodies very generously provided. A rare, hospitable touch. Thank you Josh for our comfortable stay!
