The place was really nice! We enjoyed our stay in the unit. The only thing that we were quite bothered about was the smell in the restroom. It wasn't exactly smelly, but the smell wasn't something we're comfortable with. Nonetheless, everything was perfect.

Maam Richel was very responsive, Instructions were very clear. Its just that the hot shower was not available during our stay and they do not have iron for clothes, but nevertheless, our stay was very comfortable.

The host was very easy to communicate with, very hospitable , clear with her instructions for us to have to experienced a smooth check-in. We found the place to be very clean, with great space, very quiet surrounds with easy access to shops and the famous ihaw-ihaw lane in GenSan. We highly recommend this place and yes we will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again someday. We absolutely loved the city of Davao and all the kind people that make Davao so wonderful! The airbnb was exactly as described. It’s clean, comfortable beds, hot shower, cold ac and strong WiFi. The property is very safe with guards at the entrance. The host was very responsive and made the check in process very easy. Place was small but it was cozy. They maximized the space which works for me, interior was clean. Dinah was responsive and had someone on standby if you might need anything that they can accommodate . Would visit again if I need another staycation!

Sir Roland was a great host, always made us feel right at home and if we had any needs. Sir Roland is a very polite and quick to respond if you had any extra needs. I always felt very safe on the premises. Guards are also very polite and welcoming and very professional. I would recommend his place and will stay again in near future. thanks again Sir Roland.

I always love my stay at Genevieve's place! Have stayed here a few times and the place is very clean and peaceful. If you're a solo traveller looking for a place to stay near cafes and restaurants, book this place. It's also a walking distance to laundry shops, banks, churches, and malls. Excited to stay here again next time I'm in Davao.

Booked Alfred’s unit for an overnight stay and had a very wonderful stay. Unit’s elegantly designed (one of the nicest i’ve stayed in) most especially the bedroom! Bed is super comfy and the floor to ceiling windows made the experience so much cozier. Definitely worth the price i paid for!
