Sit back and relax in this quiet and stylish space. The townhouse is located in Rolfsted, where there are bus connections to both Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Ringe. The home is 2 km from the scenic area of Tarup/Davinde. with lovely swimming lakes, fishing lakes, lovely walks, really a unique place. There are good shopping opportunities in Ferritslev and Langeskov. Egeskov which is definitely a visit each is 21 km away, also Funen's summerland for the little ones is also a good place.

There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put 'n take lakes.

The home is decorated in an old smithy with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. The garden offers great views of the open field towards a nearby manor. Both Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are less than a half hour drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for bike rides in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.

Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig. Tilbring nogle dage eller uger i denne hyggelige lejlighed sammen med dem du holder af. Stuen og det åbne køkken danner rammerne for hyggen - der er brændeovn til de kolde aftener eller morgenhyggen.
