Welcome to our holiday home in this unique location near the Nieuwkoopse Plassen! The house is located on private land with a beautiful garden and (public) playground in front of the door. Noorden is centrally located and known for the Nieuwkoopse lakes. This is a 1400 ha nature reserve and can be reached within a few minutes by bike. This area is therefore perfect for hiking and cycling. Within half an hour you are at Schiphol, Amsterdam, Utrecht and Gouda.

We have furnished residential containers into an attractive holiday accommodation. You will be staying in the yard of our farm in Breukelen in the middle of the countryside. You have a comfortable accommodation. Your own terrace has a view over the authentic Dutch countryside. Here you will completely relax while you are still close to the city: within 20 minutes you are in both Amsterdam and Utrecht. Ideal for those who want the best of both worlds.

In our garden, above our garage we have a spacious and light studio, which has been totally renovated in 2020. You enter the studio through a private entrance in our garden. The studio is isolated and has an electric heating system. The studio is a perfect hide away for a (long) weekend or holiday, near the waters of Loosdrecht, which are perfect for a boat trip. Amsterdam (20 min. by car) and Utrecht (35 min. by car) are close by.

The house called in Dutch "Koetshuis" was a Carriage house for horses in the early days, constructed in 1680. The house is completely refurbished and very charming, a place with lots of character. It has an own entrance and a patio. Breukelen is centrally located only 13 min by train to Utrecht city and 25 minutes by train to Amsterdam.
