Nice clean cosy private quiet 35m2 NON smoking stay, super located. 2 rooms and a large bathroom. Near Amstel Hotel, centre at 3 minutes walk. Enjoy the inner city and come home in a peaceful place, or have a drink at the terras of Ysbreeker. Sleeping positions: 1 bedroom and in the main room there's a sofa bed, ( let me know if you want to use this) kitchenette, tv. Just out of the crowded touristic area, near museums & restaurants. Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc.

Cozy stylish detached new studio + free bikes

We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!
