This is essentially a new home with modern facilities situated in a private rustic farm setting. We can offer country living with rural and sea views plus an opportunity to see a sunrise over the sea. A leisurely twenty minute walk to the Victorian precinct and the Oamaru Central Business District. Less than a five minute walk to view the Yellow Eyed Penguins. The hosts own the surrounding farm land. From the deck guests may have the opportunity to view farm animals and sea views.

Private, delightful garden & decks facing the sun. Outdoor seating provided. Your well behaved, house trained dog is welcome to stay. The country location is the perfect place to relax, star gaze, enjoy the scenery, birdsong & farm sounds. It’s a great base to explore Oamaru & the Waitaki area.
