Hier genießt ihr einen einzig­artigen Urlaub am Meer mit Eseln, Ziegen Hinden und Katzen. Es gibt Ausflugs­möglichkeiten in die Natur und Kultur Griechenlands. It is a 10-minute walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the village of Kryopigi and 80 km from Thessaloniki airport.

Στο ισόγειο της έπαυλης βρίσκεται ο εν λόγω χώρος 60 τ.μ,δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 ιδιωτικό και ένα κοινόχρηστο), κουζίνα, καθιστικό, τουαλέτα, ιδιωτική βεράντα και πάρκινγκ.Η οργάνωση είναι κατάλληλη για να φιλοξενήσει από 2-4 άτομα.
