The house was very cute and well decorated. The bed was really comfortable and the environment peaceful. Jiří was very friendly and available in case of questions. I highly recommend.

Absolutely recommended even with a larger number of people. Everything necessary was available and also functional! A surprise was the coffee machine, which only takes capsules. We hadn't been prepared for that - but the guest gift fixed the problem 😉 great start for excursions to Bohemian Switzerland, you can also eat to the reward just around the corner very well 👍 Highly recommended 👍 👍 👍

Great house if you are there for bouldering - you can walk to the area! The living room could be a little more cozy (e.g. through more indirect light), otherwise everything is great!

Honza was a wonderful host who was always available and super prepared his place for the guests. The cottage and the property are fantastically located on a hill with beautiful views. There is everything you need for a little seclusion and tranquility in the middle of nature. We will be happy to come back!

There's nothing to complain about. The place is in a village, but quiet and private everywhere. The amenities are also for the demanding. A big plus is the shower and toilet for each room. Amazing grill and backyard seating. There are plenty of hiking and sightseeing spots in the area. The housewife is a nice person. Highly recommend even to the demanding ones.

A really beautiful place to stay in a picturesque setting. Tastefully furnished interior, well-equipped kitchen. We used the possibility of grilling on the fire pit in front of the cottage, which was great. The terrace has a magical view of the surrounding nature, as well as from the bedroom window. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the boat much, as there was less water in the pond. Lots of beautiful places for walks and trips nearby. The only thing that disturbed our stay was the ongoing renovation of the next cottage (the noise from the grinder was quite unpleasant and spoiled the peace on the deck), which, of course, the owners can't control. It is therefore necessary to take into account that the cottage is not secluded, but there are several other cottages in close proximity, which may affect the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this beautiful place!

The house is great for families with kids There are plenty of toys in the house. It's not all completely anymore, but that doesn't bother you much. The house is beautiful, a few smaller details could be renewed, but in itself it was a very nice holiday.

We were already allowed to be a guest of Helena's for the fourth time. A great house for large groups of people. Perfect for kids and dogs. We felt very comfortable again. From the friendly welcome on Thursday to the departure today, everything was great again. Thank you
