Spacious, modern, open-plan guesthouse. A short walk to the city center, 4 seasons, restaurants, atm, and groceries. A beautiful large garden with sandpit, trampoline, playground, and 18-meter swimming pool. Large water tanks and solar panels. Cleaning and laundry on weekdays included. The house is light and cool, but fans are included for warmer nights. The compound is UN security cleared. Guards 24/7, a dog, and a young puppy.
