The original owner (Tommy Milham) designed the cabin with a uniquely and expertly blended range of sawmilled hardwoods: wormy maple, poplar, chestnut, walnut, red oak, hard pine, cedar and hickory. The cabin sits on a 3-acre lake that was built from the sale of a ring given to Tommy by Elvis Presley in 1976.
