Wifi, Roku with streaming channels (bring your login info for Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc). * river is not accessible from the home however there is access about 1 mile down the road. Please do not try to access river from our property.

Peaceful location yet min. from Hiouchi café, store and Giant Redwoods of Jedediah Smith State Park. 15 min. to Crescent City and miles of ocean beaches. Outdoor grill and fire pit. Wonderful for couples, families and groups, you won't find a better location on the river to relax and enjoy nature.

Klamath Overlook House

A quiet and secluded 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house overlooking the ocean. The house has been remodeled. This place is great for whale watching from the living room, birding on the deck and to enjoy the beautiful sunset overlooking the ocean. Our house is perfect for families or small groups. We can sleep 6 people (plus a full size sofa bed). Kenton is second generation fishing guide so if you are interested in a fishing trip or scenic jet boat tours please let us know!

Glamping Redwood Camper-Pet Friendly-WIFI

Relax among the redwoods! Be our guest in this charming 19 ft glamping camper after a day exploring the coast or hiking breathtaking trails through Redwood State Parks. Nestled beside the main house on our peaceful 2-acre Fort Dick property, the camper offers morning coffee views of towering redwoods, giant old-growth stumps, and lush ferns. Just 4.6 miles to the beach, with Wi-Fi, smart TV, and private parking. Pets welcome — must be cat friendly.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You will find all you need to relax and spend some quality time with your family. Within walking distance from Walmart Supercenter (0.2 Miles / 4 Minutes) and Sutter Coast Hospital (0.7 Miles / 14 Minutes) makes it very convenient. Please note: there is construction going on in the neighborhood Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm. Ping Pong table and bikes available upon request.

Fern Hook Vacation Cabins are located nearby Jedidiah Smith State Park in the tiny hamlet of Hiouchi, California. Indulge yourself in a private setting of magnificent redwoods carpeted with ferns. Our newly constructed cabins with full kitchens will provide deluxe accommodations while you enjoy this natural wonderland. We are pet friendly, but require a 30$ per pet fee, for each reservation.
