Great apartment in a great location. The apartment is spacious and very clean. We were able to walk or easily take the metro everywhere we wanted to go. Several restaurants within easy walking distance.

Tania was very helpful in finding a unit that accommodated our family size and needs. She set up the reservation for me I just had to pay, explained what I needed to do at the main office and everything was a breeze. The area has many activities throughout the day related to the massive pool area that has separate accommodations and pools for children and adults. Was a great place to stay, my only complaint was the road work and delays going to Virginia Beach which obviously isn’t her fault. I went to multiple other hosts that had units in this area but they falsely advertised larger units then what they had available, if you want to be clear what your getting I would go with Tania.

Igor was amazing. I was very tired and exhausted after a long flight from Italy, nor did I have access to wifi at the time with my Italian phone. I was having difficulty checking in, but he stepped in very quickly and remedied the situation. Afterwards check in was a breeze. The property was beautiful. The unit was perfect and very clean. There was more than enough room for my two daughters, my granddaughter, and myself. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanksgiving was wonderful there. We regretted having to leave. I cannot say how wonderful, helpful, and professional Igor is. He responded very quickly to my emails and followed up to ensure everything was up to and above standard. This was well after the 9-5 business hours. He stayed in contact until he was assured I was completely checked into my unit. I was very impressed and relaxed knowing he was there (in email) if I needed anything. That quality of service definitely goes a long way in my book. His quick action and response was very reassuring; especially for a solo female traveler. I would definitely call Igor again when I return to the area. Highly recommend.

Location and description was as advertised. Lots to do, so much that we were there a week and didn’t do everything. Every attraction on our list was within 20 minutes. Beautiful area and very quiet.

I stayed at the apartment for a week for Supernova Ska Fest and a little bday getaway. I am so grateful for the time I spent at Shangri-La. Kathy surprised me with not only a birthday greeting, but also a delicious cake in the fridge! It was incredibly sweet and made my day. When a last minute friend joined, both Kenny and Kathy were nothing but accommodating. I really enjoyed our conversation and the apartment is absolutely stunning and has everything you could ever need. I can't wait to be back. Truly a Hampton Gem. Thank you for being such warm hosts and sharing your home with the world!

Outstanding owner who genuinely cares about the people who stay at her property I would recommend this property in this owner to anyone and business or a vacation this is been a wonderful experience much better than expected

The process for booking was quick and easy and the place we stayed was clean and spacious.

Jacqueline's condo was a perfect place for us to stay. My brother, who lives on F. Scott Fitzgerald, was having a family party. I came in from Baltimore, and my sister came in from Cleveland. It was great having two bedrooms and two baths and being able to walk over to my brother's house. We also took advantage of the shops and restaurants around the square. I would stay at Jacqueline's place the next time my brother has a big family event.

Great place to stay! Very spacious and comfortable, and right down the street from the metro station. Martin is also very friendly and made the check in/check out process super easy. Would absolutely stay here again. Very affordable and a great place for anyone looking to stay in d.c.

Great location! Close to all the Williamsburg attractions. Great for families with things to do on site and a kitchen to cook (and save over eating out)

What a gem! My mom, my two kiddos and myself booked one night for a spur the moment trip, and it was such a find! We loved the age, decor and vibe, it was spotless and Catherine was an exceptional hostess! That it overlooks the park is an incredible bonus! We enjoyed an walk thru the park after we arrived and there are some great funky coffee shops just down the street that made the morning run smoothly! Close proximity to everything we wanted to do in Richmond. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were lucky to find this place available. Just amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Close to everything you could need, or stay in and make your own meal. Even a rainy day couldn’t keep us down as we relaxed on the couch and listened to the rain. Thanks again.

I would give Jose 10 stars if possible. This is probably the nicest and cleanest Airbnb we have ever had in the DC area. Jose is a superb communicator. The water is hot, beds are super comfy, internet fast, apartment quiet and immaculately clean. Couldn't ask for more. Recommend most highly.
