The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

In the heart of the classified site of the Hatainville dunes, at the gates of Cap, 5-min walk to the beach, duplex and private garden. Charming detached stone house, 50 m from the beach. The bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
