This stylish, centrally-located rental is located in the backyard of our property and was designed by an architect on the historic board in the city of Gainesville, along with our son, who is also an architect. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The ceilings are 9-feet high, giving a feeling of extra space in this 420-sq. foot guest house.

A great kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, and dining space. We do allow pets in the property, however we do have a pet fee of $50.
