Temos frutas no quintal (jabuticaba, pitanga e amora a depender da estação), chás e temperos na horta. O quintal é totalmente fechado, possibilitando segurança e liberdade para seu pet. A casa fica a 5 minutos de caminhada da barragem de Curralinho e 8 minutos da cachoeira da subestação. E um raio de 15 km, são várias as opções de turismo e lazer.

Casa estilo rústico , datada de 1929 . Simples porém aconchegante, a decoração contém várias luminárias, dando um toque especial aos ambientes. Decoração feita por uma artista plástica Adriana Reis. Os proprietários da casa são um fotógrafo, e uma funcionária pública. Possui um terreiro com varanda, uma rede e um quintal muito bem cuidado. Obs: Apesar da casa ter quase 100 anos, ela não possui nenhuma infiltração e nenhum mofo.
