Property near the « Château du Mez » (castel), located outside the village, in a wooded park crossed by the Betz (first category river in Natura 2000 zone). Ideal for recharging your batteries in a natural setting and enjoying the shaded garden and the coolness of the watercourse on hot summer days. The village also offers activities all summer around the communal pond (1.5 km away), with the possibility of picnicking and swimming.

Its exceptional location in the city center, close to the cellars, bakeries, restaurants and shops, will allow you to discover and enjoy this iconic city on foot and its Burgundian market every Sunday morning. Nestled on the 2nd floor of a townhouse, this cocoon mixes the charm of the old with modern comforts on a peaceful street.

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.
