We visited this place as family of 6. The house is very quaint and the bedrooms were really spacious and perfect. The property is managed very well and the housekeeper Mercy was extremely helpful. She even made us fire in the indoor pit for the last night. All the water heaters worked perfectly and every room had a tiny room heater as well. Great place to stay. We did have a little difficulty in locating the property but the housekeeper guided us properly.

Amazing stay I had Been with family location and the view early morning is totally worth visiting Not to forget to specify the host of the property was so kind right from the time we booked the property (almost a month before visit) responded so fast every-time I dropped him a message with a query . And the person who was assisting at the property is a gem . He never disturbed us with any restrictions rather helped us so well Would highly recommend if u visit with a family and definitely a must staycation with friends too

it was an incredible experience. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a perfect getaway spot. The well-maintained lawn was a delightful place to relax. What truly stood out was the delicious food prepared there. Every meal was flavorful and satisfying, and the barbecue was a real highlight of the stay. The evenings around the bonfire, enjoying good food and great company, created unforgettable memories. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Kodaikanal.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Sam. The homestay was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. Seems I manifested this stay. Growing up close to NE Indian hill stations, studying etc. always wanted to stay in a quaint, cozy hill top home overlooking the misty hills, watching sunrise from the balcony, have outdoor breakfast in the lap of nature, cooking maggi in hills, having coffee overlooking the hills. All these came true. Latha, Rajni, Selvi big thanks for such a lovely place. The road leading to the place is also very navigable. Walkable & short drive from local market should you need anything. Befriended a new feline friend as well. Latha’s place is just what your soul needs in the hills.

Stay was awesome, we loved it and will definitely visit again. But I wouldn’t recommend the food they provide @ the place. We had dinner & breakfast, both were terrible & overpriced.

I would rate this property 10/5! It’s exceptionally neat and clean. The bedspreads and towels provided are of great quality. Every item in the house is spotless. It was a very peaceful stay with no disturbances, traffic, or pollution. The caretaker was responsive and helpful. The house has all the necessary amenities. I would recommend this place, especially if you have your own car, as it is located on the outskirts of Madurai and you’ll need to pay a toll each time you visit the city.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were 13 people and occupied the entire villa. Every mentioned amenities are accurate. Rooms are very spacious. Interiors attract the most. Maintained well and extremely clean. Host is very responsive and helped with smooth checkin and check out. Caretaker was very helpful and was available whenever we needed something. Pictures doesn't justify the beauty of the villa, it's more beautiful in real and very well maintained.
