You will find usb and outlets on the lamps for easy charging. Frequent deer and wildlife in the yard. Plenty of parking for your boat, toy, or work trailers. Relaxing and Fun!

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.

Dinosaur National Monument House

Bed & Breakfast family friendly 2 bedroom guest duplex with all the amenities of home. 20 miles from the east entrance of Dinosaur National Monument , 2 miles from Kenney reservoir, 1 mile from golf course, walking distance to museum, stores, recreation center, walking and biking trails, ohv trails and many nearby petroglyphs. In the evenings enjoy sitting by fire or watching sunset from private 2 story balcony.

Downtown Hideout

Your group will love being within 2 blocks of Western Park, Uintah Conference Center, and the ice rink. Walk another 3 blocks to local breweries and resturants. Our house is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook a meal if you choose. Comfy queen size beds in both bedrooms. 42" roku TV in the living room plus a small TV and DVD in bedroom. Living room couch can accommodate 1 more guest.
