Free high speed Wi-Fi. TV already has a firestick, just bring your login info. Free parking. High chair and playpen for little one, on-site, if needed. Dog door and fenced in backyard for pets. Bathroom sink water takes a minute to get warm :(. Shower/kitchen sink are good :)
