Personnel (staff) très accueillant, sympathique et réactif ! Juste la salle de bain avait du mal à sécher et évacuer l’eau.

July was an excellent host; she replied to our messages almost immediately. Upon request for support during check-in, July was able to help us by having a person on site helping us with this process. Her unit was clean and furnitures are clean and in very good conditions. Her unit is walkable to nearby authentic Vietnamese foods vendors and the surrounding is quiet compared to other places in Ho Chi Minh City.

Katie is a wonderful and friendly host! She was extremely helpful and gave us clear instructions for check-in. Everything was easy and straightforward! The accommodation was great too! The bed was very comfortable, and the location is perfect! We would definitely love to come back!

This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

Mình đã có trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại căn nhà này 🫶🏻 Tuy có hơi khó tìm một chút vì vị trí sẽ nằm ở một hẻm đằng sau toà nhà hơi khuất, nếu di chuyển bằng cách book xe sẽ hơi khó để miêu tả cho tài xế, còn bọn mình có xe máy và có chỗ để xe rộng rãi, nên khá thuận tiện!! Lần đầu mình ở phòng liền kề với thang máy, mở thang máy ra đi thẳng vào phòng được luôn tuy phải có thẻ mới ấn tầng được nhưng có 2 lần cô chủ nhà đi thang máy vào thẳng phòng mình luôn để đưa đồ và nhắc bọn mình checkout, mình thấy như vậy khá không riêng tư, trong khi có thể gõ cửa thang bộ ngay bên cạnh, mong chủ nhà có thể cải thiện việc này ạ !

I can't say enough good things about Duy and his apartment in D5! Very clear instructions made it very easy to find and after a very short issue with the entry code Duy was super responsive and had the whole thing resolved instantly. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. Inside was beautifully decorated,simple and spacious. Aircon worked perfectly, the bed was comfy and is very accurately listed. It was great getting to know the neighbours over the week I stayed, relaxing in one of the cafes on the street below, or exploring the local neighbourhood. The location is perfect, just minutes from local food sellers, markets, templates - don't stay here without visiting An Dong or Ho Thi Ky markets. I came to HCM for a conference which was in D1 - each morning I could take a grab and be there within 15 min, even in high traffic. Thanks again!

we stayed here for about a week. the host & helpers were extremely friendly and helpful. they even got us highchair so my 1 yr old can sit and eat with us when we're are home. the place is nice and clean...amazing views and has all amenities as described. This is a great location, safe with 24 hr guards and restaurants and mini marts walking distance. I would definitely return here!

Huong is such an amazing host - super responsive and attentive, helped me with random issues I ran into, checked in on me after the myanmar earthquake 😳 the place is very spacious and it's a lovely neighborhood, highly recommend!!
