Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in District 5

Very nice and cozy apartment. Host and Co-hosts are easy to communicate and always response promptly to my needs. Just one thing I'd like to mention is the noise at night from the neighbors upstairs, which I think Management can improve by advice guests to be mindful of noise at night time to consider other guests in the building. When booking transportation by Grab, make sure you mention Zenity because the app hasn't updated the info but instead displaced “Subgate” which confused the drivers. Overall it's a lovely place and convenient to explore to city center.

Great place, amazing rooftop pool

We had an amazing experience staying at Luminous! The space was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The little details really made it feel welcoming and special. The location was perfect for exploring the area: a nice pizza restaurant, local shops, and Bui Vien Street nearby. I loved how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was, yet everything we needed was just a short walk away. Serena was very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything to enjoy our stay and even gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, would absolutely return here next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

Convenient & safe location for family stay with 24hr security. Easy for Grab/taxi to pick up/drop off. Plenty of walkable eats nearby and 2 convenience stores downstairs. Huyen is very responsive and was helpful with enquiries unrelated to our stay. Thanks Huyen.

5군에 위치하고있으나 1군까지 거리가 멀지않았고 그랩도 잘잡혀서 이동하는데 불편함이 없음 .근처에 사이공대학교가 있어서 로컬 쌀국수 맛집이 있고 ,오전만 운영하는 길거리커피 맛집은 언제나훌룡함,커피맛집옆에 케밥 비슷한 반미집은 아침마다 사먹을 정도로 밋있음 호스트도 응답이 빠르고 숙소도 편하고 좋았음

Home is located right above a coffeeshop that operates for 24 hours. Great for a coffee when it's just below us. Lively place to live in as alot of young people hang out in the cafe. Room was very clean and new. Great experience.

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Lovely Stay at Bich Thuy’s Place! We had a wonderful time staying at Bich Thuy’s property. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and communication with Bich Thuy was smooth and responsive. She was a thoughtful and kind host. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again!
