The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was finished in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage, there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming docks and raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

Discover the nice Örarev in Fulvik just 4.2 km away, as well as a nice and larger swimming area/beach. Möre golf club only 5km. If you want to go to the summer town of Kalmar and Öland it is only about 30 minutes drive. Pets are welcome but you are responsible for keeping them clean.
