The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

Mali Muk is a beautiful apartment that offers you privacy and peace during your vacation. Nearby are all necessary facilities such as shops, bars, restaurants, sights, rivers for swimming and the center (which is a 10-minute walk away). Parking is provided and free of charge. Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.

The Cottage is located in a peaceful and hilly environment, surrounded with intact nature, that allows you to have relaxed vacation. The estate consists of 90 square meters living area and 7000 square meters surroundings, where you can enjoy in privacy. It has a beautiful covering open terrace with an amazing view. The house is located only 20 minutes away from Spa Šmarješke Toplice and 30 minutes away from Spa Dolenjske Toplice and Čatež.
