Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, an electric oven, ceramic hobs, a dishwasher and a hood. The accommodation was renovated in 2014 with new kitchen and sanitary facilities.
