We offer FREE OF CHARGE!!! year-round outdoor Jacuzzi, garden sauna available without limit from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Our cottage is completely ecological, because we care about the environment as much as we do about our guests:) Children stay for free, max. 6 people, including children! In Lipowska Chata, there is an absolute ban on organizing any events and a mandatory night silence.

Get away from it all and hide under the starry sky. A small family cottage a few metres above the Žermanická Dam, on private land, offers peace and quiet, plenty of activities and a beautiful setting. The cottage is heated by a wood stove. It has a smaller boiler that runs non-stop, so it requires careful water management.

The family house is located on a property of 1224 m², in a quiet location of a dead-end street, just 2km from the very center of Ostrava and 1.5km from Dov. A 4+1 house with a really generous space, a large terrace and a garden. There are 3 double beds, 1 single bed for a total of 7 guests, or 9 (2 sofas).
