Mychas thank you! The apartment is very spacious, beautiful and functional. The instructions were very clear, the place counts are safety and it is very quiet.

The house is clean, tidy, comfortable, with a beautiful terrace. It's cute and nice, as is Krystal residence. Beautiful site to walk clear, see a beautiful sunset and hear the train pass, the rich pool and the jacuzzi much better, with hot water, large and well-maintained green areas, clean and relaxing place. I would stay again with pleasure, we liked everything and the host's attention much more. And an important point is petfriendly, welcome and happy dogs. And 8 minutes by car from San Miguel, it is also everything close, the commercial, plaza, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended.

Excellent place, very nice and clean. It is inside a coto with nice amenities. In addition, the location is excellent. My visit was to attend a wedding in the splitting room, and I could have gone as far as walking.

Very well located place, you get to the center by walking. The services are super well, the house is quite cool even though it is very hot outside, in the mornings it doesn't feel as cold as I expected. The entrance is super easy the only detail is that as I arrived at night everything was dark there was no light in common area, I had to use my cell phone to get to the door, but otherwise everything is excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, close enough to town that it’s almost walkable, far enough that you get to enjoy peace and quiet. Secured, relaxing with a great view. A+ .

The Dona Jimenez suite was lovely and had everything we needed, especially AC that we ran while in the room. It was walkable to the centro and far enough away from the noise of town. I loved the decor and the finishes were perfect for a historical location. You can feel Adriana’s care and pride in her beautifully appointed house. We appreciated Adriana’s suggestions for places to eat and visit. The only less than perfect thing was that a neighbors dogs barked at night, so bring and use ear plugs. Otherwise, everything else was perfect and well worth the uphill walk from town!

It is our second visit to Tyron's accommodation and it is a wonder, we love to feel comfortable, safe and with many amenities to enjoy our days off, it could not be better!!! We'll be back as soon as we can!

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at the Capilla de Piedra gated community. It truly felt like a home away from home—comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The walk to Centro was beautiful and full of charm, though the cobblestone streets could make it a bit challenging for those with mobility concerns. Proper walking shoes are a must! One of our favorite moments was enjoying the beautiful sunrise from the deck, sipping tea or coffee —it was absolutely serene and peaceful. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout our stay, which was a big plus. Our host, Arturo, was incredibly friendly and very responsive to our needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We felt well taken care of and appreciated the attention to detail.

I am from San Miguel de Allende this time I had to rent for an event that we had to go to since I live in Mexico City, I had heard from the fractionation Pero what I saw in these days has fallen short, it is a very nice quiet area. The apartment is very nice , clean and makes you feel at home for all the comforts. Alejandra is always very helpful in everything .

The Manager Kris and his wife were the best Airbnb managers we’ve ever had. A wonderful check in with them and they drove us around to show us the area and addressed every issue we had promptly and satisfactory. I highly recommend this. Home and chris is the manager. We will definitely be back.

straight from booking the unit julio was very friendly and responded to messages very quickly. he gave super clear instructions on how to access the unit. the unit was beautiful, very clean, felt very safe, and a very walkable distance to the centro. next time i visit san miguel de allende i will book here!!

The place is bigger than what's shown in the photos. The subdivision where it is located is very nice, the shared amenities are in excellent condition. The host's attention during our stay was great. We definitely recommend it and would stay there again

The condo is in a high end gated community with great amenities and is within walking distance to the middle of the town if you are in decent physical shape. As acknowledged in the listing, there is no heat or ac which I thought was odd but it's very typical in San Miguel and I was comfortable without heat. I did borrow a space heater from my friend to warm the unit up a bit. The coffee maker is a Nespresso which is nice but not everyone knows how to use it! All in all, it was a great stay.
